Mosaic Stepping Stones

What You'll Learn: In this class, you will create a durable and weather-safe 12-inch stepping stone to enhance your garden or outdoor space. Using vibrant glass and other mosaic materials, you’ll learn essential techniques, including tesserae cutting, placement, and design composition, to craft a functional and beautiful work of art.  You can choose several shapes for your stepping stone, from octagon, square, round, and heart shaped.

While you’ll complete the mosaic design during class, grouting will be done at home after the adhesive has fully dried. A live grout demonstration, along with provided supplies and access to a detailed instructional video, will give you the tools and knowledge to confidently finish your project.

Skill Level/Age Range:  All levels/ 14+

Student Instructions:  Please consider packing a snack or lunch to enjoy during this four hour class.
