Stitched with Love: A Valentine’s Embroidery Workshop

 What You'll Learn:  In this cozy Valentine’s workshop, you’ll stitch from the heart—literally and figuratively. Learn basic embroidery techniques while creating two felt hearts or envelopes: one to keep as a symbol of self-care, and one to gift as an act of love and connection. Each stitch is paired with a gentle mindfulness practice, inviting you to breathe in love, exhale release, and infuse every thread with joy and hope.

Skill Level/Age Range:  All levels/ 14+

Student Instructions: Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Bring your curiosity, creativity, and a loving spirit. Comfortable clothing is recommended for seated crafting.

 Materials Needed:  All materials will be provided by the instructor. However, feel free to bring any small embellishments, trims, or keepsakes you’d like to include for a personalized touch.
